Public Offer Agreement

Effective as of April 24, 2025

This offer is public in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (CCU) and governs the legal relations between LLC «MYFREEDOM» (hereinafter — the Administration/Company), registered at: Ukraine, 02230, Kyiv, 12-A Viktor Nekrasov St., apartment B171, USREOU 45417196, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the User/Investor) using the website https://myfreedom.global. Commencing use of the "Investments" section on the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

  • Website — the web resource at https://myfreedom.global, including all its pages, analytical materials, and functionality.

  • User (Investor) — a legally capable individual or legal entity using the Website to obtain information about investment opportunities.

  • Investment case — a proposal for investing in real estate or business processes, published on the Website.

  • Application — a User's inquiry through the form on the Website or contacts to receive a consultation or participate in an investment project.

  • Content — analytical data, presentations, profitability calculations, texts, and images published on the Website.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

LLC «MYFREEDOM» provides access to the Website for reviewing investment projects, real estate market analytics, and asset management services. The Administration acts as a platform for communication and consultations. Specific investment terms are fixed in separate agreements (investment, property management, etc.), signed by the parties offline or via electronic digital signature.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

  • Providing information services regarding investment objects.

  • Access to the company's analytical materials and cases.

  • Processing cooperation requests and individual selection of investment strategies.

Information on the Website does not constitute financial advice within the meaning of securities law, but is informational in nature regarding the Company's activities and potential assets.

INTERACTION PROCEDURE

The User may submit an Application to receive a detailed financial model or consultation.

By submitting a request, the User agrees to:

  • Processing of personal data for communication purposes.

  • Receiving commercial offers from LLC «MYFREEDOM».

  • Verification (KYC), if required for concluding subsequent investment transactions.

SERVICE COSTS AND PAYMENTS

Access to the public part of the Website is free of charge. The cost of asset management services, commission fees, or investment amounts are governed by separate agreements concluded between the Investor and LLC «MYFREEDOM» or the company's partners.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

User Rights:

  • Receive accurate information about the Company's activities.

  • Request consultations.

  • Demand confidentiality of submitted data.

User Obligations:

  • Provide accurate contact information.

  • Use received analytics solely for personal purposes (not for resale).

Administration Rights:

  • Modify the terms of investment offers on the Website.

  • Refuse cooperation without explanation at the initial application stage.

LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

The Administration is not liable for:

  • Investment decisions made by the User based on information from the Website.

  • Changes in market conditions affecting project profitability.

  • Technical failures in the Internet network.

All investments involve risk. The Company makes efforts to minimize risks but does not guarantee future profits unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the "MYFREEDOM" brand, logos, Website design, and proprietary analytical materials belong to LLC «MYFREEDOM». Use of materials without written permission is prohibited.

AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION

The Administration has the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new version.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement and the relations between the parties are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
